- Excellent service from Pauls: I had an early flight (5:30am pickup from my house), and the driver was on time. He gave great proactive communication and notice on the morning of service.

- Personalized communication throughout the booking process: when you request a quote, you will receive a phone call to discuss the details of your ride to make sure everyone is on the same page).

- The ride: driver was safe, the vehicle was clean, high quality executive vehicle. Driver was dressed in a nice suit and handled my bags and opened doors.
