This was my first experience using Pauls Limo service and it was exceptional. We needed space for 6 people and lots of luggage so we rented the executive sprinter van. The van was luxurious and spacious. Our driver was professional, punctual, and communicated the day before and when he was near the day of pickup. We had a safe and enjoyable ride from Katy to Galveston. I would recommend this company and definitely use them in the future. Thank you all for a great experience.

1st tried and it was the best experience. Paul surprised me by showing up with an upgraded Escalade and provided every detail that I need to know before picking up my VIPs at the airport.
I really appreciate that his time management. He showed up earlier than I expected every time, and my VIPs were so impressed by his service. Not to mention the cleanliness inside & outside the vehicle, and bottled water that always filled up in each cup holders.
I don't think I will do the research for my next trip. 1000% sure will choose Paul again.

*You don't need to worry about any trouble if you choose Paul. He would provide tons of options and ideas to you when you need help.

We used Katy Limo to take us to the Woodlands to see NKOTB and they were amazing! Prompt arrival, professional, and super friendly! They had cold waters and the car was very clean. Would use them again in a heart beat!

This place is great. Paul and team are very responsive and were patient with me during a booking reservation that was impacted by bad weather. Paul was courteous and helped during the rebooking process.

Amazing service. We used Paul’s Houston and Katy Limo service for airport transport. After a week in Disney it was great to have someone waiting at baggage claim helping with the bags and getting us home safely and helping to bring our bags all the way up. The cars were clean, cold waters, and felt safe the entire trip. Thank you Paul’s Houston and Katy limo for making our family trip the best it could be

Paul provided exceptional chauffeur service for our son's prom!!! He was energetic, engaging, and very professional in all of our interactions. Paul went above and beyond to ensure that our son and his date were safe and well taken care of in their travels to and from the prom. Paul texted me at every pick-up and drop-off point, and he arrived exactly at the time we agreed upon for the pick-up and drop-off. Paul surpassed our expectations in his customer service, safety, and professionalism. I also want to add that he was kind and blessed us with transporting our son in a Cadillac Escalade and that was a very nice surprise for us. Excellent job, Paul. Thank you!

The best experience I’ve ever had with a limo service! Their chauffeur showed up 10 min early & gave my son VIP treatment the entire evening for his prom night. The vehicle was stunning & spotless. The chauffeur communicated with me the entire night with updates to & from every destination. A very professional company & l will be referring all my family & friends. Thanks again for making my son’s prom night a complete success!
